This machine is used for processing metal Tape of eyelets for graphite reinforced composite gaskets ≥Φ40.

The roller device adoptspneumatic pressure, large adjustment range, simple operation. Press wheelwith is made of high carbon steel by vacuum quenching process, the service life is long.

This machine processes eyelets metal strips for the reinforcement of cut gaskets. Both inner and outer holes can be used and the eyelet diameter is configured by hand.

There are two sets of moulds for forming. >5000 kg of eyelets metal tape (choose two from 2.0,2.5,3.0,3.2,4.0,4.5). Eyelets custom sizes available on request.
